No more RNG reward quantities

I’ve given up doing these occult labs entirely because the rewards I’ve gotten are so far below value for the time, effort, and massive headache. The RNG for who you have to fight and all of their possible buffs has the potential to be an absolute train wreck over and over and over and over. For example, yesterday I used all of my dice trying to get a reasonable buff set against the 6* imiw end boss. I finally got something sort of manageable and hammered through with some item use. My payout? 250 5* shards, no sig stone, and a generic iso rock.
In fact, every single time I’ve done the labs, over every iteration, I’ve gotten the minimum rewards payout. Same thing for Rifts. Same thing for war seasons crystals. Over 4 seasons I’ve gotten 20k t2a frags and a tiny amount of t5b. Total. Over how many months, 6 ish? That’s absurd. You can get that from ONE season crystal.
I get that this game is fundamentally based on RNG, the champs you get, and the classes of resources you get to rank them with. I’m fine with that, it adds some level of excitement and feeds the little gambling gremlin living deep in my brain (moar fgmc!!!!). That’s all acceptable and part of what makes this game fun. Leaving our entire rewards package up to pure luck, as is the case with Labs and Rifts, is not acceptable. Not when the minimum is so horrendously low and there’s a massive gap between the lowest and the highest. Season crystals are less extreme because they aren’t the only thing we get, but they are just as frustrating. 4 weeks of hard work and skill to get less t2a than I can get from AQ weekly, when there’s people snagging 20k is more painful than a trashy featured 5*.
All of this is to say that the garbage RNG payouts are burning people out. All the time spent in labs, grinding for rift entries, all the high stress wars, knowing you have to play perfectly or your rewards will suffer, only to get repeatedly hit by the wrong end of the RNG bus that can’t slow down. It just doesn’t really seem sustainable. Events like Gwenpool, symbiote difficulty, celebrity challenges, boss rushes, dungeons, danger rooms, trials of the xyz, those are all great, and you get static rewards. The same rewards as everyone else who put in the same amount of effort. We shouldn’t have our progress slowed to a near halt just because we have bad luck, when someone who completes the same thing gets two more 4/55’s because their luck is on the opposite end of the spectrum.
I won’t be playing Labs at all anymore, probably won’t spend much time on Rifts either. I’m voting with my time.

The season crystals should definitely reward an exact amount of t2 alphas and t5 basics. Because every individual puts equal amount of efforts.
