HELP - How to do the 4* featured Arena

So i was wondering on how to get started on the 4* featured arena and the level that champs need to at to gain the infinite streak, would really like some advice

    Start fight 1-5 with rank 1
    6-10 with rank 2 or three or 1 lower rank with 2 high rank
    11-14 sandbagging, 15-17 rank all rank 5, 18-19 all rank 4 or higher, >19, minimum team PI 9k. Assume you have only 4 star
