Is “the uncollected” title not given out anymore?

Today I have completed chapter 2 Act 5. I aslo completed Epic difficulty several days before. But I didn’t get the title The Uncollected. So I assume that Kabam will not give it out anymore. Is it true?

I am pretty disappointed because I like the title very much.

    First of all restart your game
    This may sound stupid but did you actually complete the chapter. All 6 quests and beat he collector. I’ve known many people who get confused between chapters and quests
