Hi, i bought a crystal but i can't find the new hero in my collection, why?

    Are you sure you got a new champion or did you dupe one of your existing champs?

    Hey @TalosOmega. Typically for an issue like this with a crystal, you would want to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team so that they can review your account and let you know what Champion you won. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
