To be awakened or not to be? That is the question.

Alright guys, I'm in this situation: 200k rating, just around 11 champs 5*. I recently got a 5* star tech gem and I'm wondering whom should I awaken and rank up.
I have my undupped 5* 3/45 Stark Spidey that I would possible take to rank 4 soon or my 5* 2/35 Iron Man IW that I could take to rank 3 and also awaken. What would you do? I really love my IMIW tho, but I also think that maybe Spidey will serve me better with the uncollected monthly quests. Any ideas?

    Depends on what you need,
    Go for Spidey for awesome damage
    Go for IMIW for an awesome defender
    Or save for someone like SL who needs his sig

    Coldsnap and Bleed immune, great block proficiency, tranquility counter, Korg and Evade counter, helpful autoblock, rare DoT (shock incinerate and plasma; not many immunes) unblockable L1 (good for the quick blocking AI) Armor Break, dash in parry proof (except Proxima), Medusa Counter (parry, light light *autoblock triggers, but you don’t get parried because of the repulsor blast* dash back, parry again or intercept).

    I wouldn’t throw IMIW out of the ring so fast. Sparky has emergency power control, special evasion, shock and taunt in terms of utility, and a bunch of damage.

    Utility wise, IMIW takes the cake. Even unduped. Damage wise, of course SS. I’ll just leave this here because I can’t decide between the two.

    Greatly put about IMIW @Hammerbro_64 ...I love using him for his block proficiency and that sp1,the shock from which really helps control opponents power well..unless it's a power gain node,my opponents rarely reach sp3(although I still bait specials to be on the safe side) even on epic 3.2 or act 5
    But having said that,starky deserves a gem more...having a duped starky is amazing..those crits while he is above 50% are deadly and would help OP clear so much content in his progression...plus having starky kinda removes the need for SL even for LOL so he doesn't have to save that gem for him

    Iron man is good for questing. He's a real tank. He only gets better with the dupe. This auto block is nasty on defense and it might save you quite a few KOes when you use him to clear content.
