4* duped or 5* unduped medusa

Should I rank up my 4* duped Medusa to 5/50 or 5* unduped Medusa to 3/45?

More generally is it better to take a 4* to 5/50 or 5* to 3/45 if it is the same champ?

    The stats are a TINY bit better for a 5* but unless u plan on taking ur 5* to r4 bring up the 4* to r5

    I'd go with 4* Medusa in this case. Generally, a 5* 3/45 has better base stats than a 4* 5/50, but the decision can depend on the champ if the 4* is duped and the 5* is unduped. Medusa gets a pretty good boost to her damage output from the furies when she's awakened. Also, Medusa's one of those champs that's nice to have ranked up as both a 4* and 5* eventually if you dupe the 5*, so I don't think you'll regret going with the 4* now even if you dupe the 5* soon. I had 5* Medusa duped at 4/55 before I got her as a 4* and still chose to use a 4* cosmic awakening gem on her and take her to 5/50 so I could use my 5* on defense and my 4* in AQ for Sentinels.
