Seen it in alliance general tab a few times where an alliance member has found a 4* champ of random type.

How do you just 'find' a 4* champion?

They either got a champ from arena or bear rol (if they found ronan,cyclops and rhino)

Arena or completing rol/ a run in LOL and also if they were outright given one eg. From the content creator program
