All map6 crystals had been disappeared when I login my account today

I'm sorry to hear a crystal disappeared on you! The best way to get this resolved is to reach out to our Support Team! You can do so by clicking the gear icon on the upper left corner of the screen within the Game. From there, click 'Support'.
