I'm sure there's a lot of languages they've left out, pretty sure it's purely due to saturation of that language. It's common for development teams to do more 'common' languages, as understood by the majority of players. English is widely spoken so I think they assume many players can. I'm sure sending in a ticket with feedback would help them collect data on adding languages to the game.
