I'm not sure, but earlier today I opened a fragmented premium Crystal and the crystal kept spinning and spinning, so I closed the game, when I logged back the crystal vanished and I didn't received any new hero, so I searched into the ISO section and I still Didn't saw anything new.

    Click the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main game screen and contact support...they will be able to look into the logs of your account and find out what happened...
