Miles Morales Evade Bug

Recently, I used a 4* Ronan against a 4* Spider-Man Miles Morales in Arena. Normally, he would start with 5 Evade Buffs, but strangely enough, Miles Morales started with 2. After the 2 of his Evade Buffs were gone, he was Evading almost every attack, even after 5 Evades, and I hadn't used a single Special Attack, knowing he would gain extra Evade Buffs.
