Guild masteries for AW

If Kabam wants AW more dynamic, add alliance masteries for AW.

That way, masteries are set before a war search. Once matched, cannot be changed.

You could have things like decrease bleed duration by 20% and 5 points would make it immune. Offensive items could be available as well.

This way, an alliance can decide to buff up offense, defense, or both
