Android Crashes and Lags

I just bought a new android phone 3 weeks ago with 3GB RAM, snapdragon processor octacore, with android 6.0.1 and the game is crashing over 5 times per day, every day. I have contacted kabam support and nothing came out of it, they just say we are sorry for any inconvenience, i filled the forms with all the details of the phone and the specs and tried everything on their list to solve this and everything else possible from my side.
Guys is getting ridiculous... Lost tone of units cause of your problems and i am close of giving up on mcoc and playing other games.
Either fix this problem fast and give us back some units or label the game "Only playable on ios devices".
Every other game playing great on a brand new phone and MCOC crashing over 5 times per day... Frustrating and ridiculous..!!!

I have the Galaxy S8+, and have no issues really. So, what your saying is you bought a "new" phone but a slow phone? What you have?

It is known that the game is optimized for ios.
As samsung is very used maybe they test on some of all these devices. But no illusion: android is not their priority.

On youtube you can see a video comparing mcoc on galaxy s8 and iphone 7. The difference is clear: much more faster on ios.

if 400-500 euro phones are slow phones then kabam should say playable only on ios or on phones of 800-900 euros..
I don't have a problem for android devices being slower.. the huge problem are the lags and the over 5 times per day crashes man.. I even updated to android 7.0 and still the problem remains.. its definitely a kabam problem and they don't care fixing cause they get units out of us..
Ridiculous... Kabam zero prestige as a company, deserve every boycott they got or will get in the future
