Alliance Communication

I am a Leader of an Alliance, and although I'm satisfied with most of the Players in our team for their activity and overall champion Rooster/use, I find it hard to grow. I attribute this to the lack of communication in the team.
We don't use Line App, probably that could make a difference, although I haven't decided to "impose" the team to start using it.
The Alliance Chat is seldomly used, and not everybody asks others for advance strategy e.g. in AQ/AW Liked Nodes removal
All advices welcome.

Using a secondary app, even if it's just part of your alliance (like one or two bg's using Line, but a third using ingame chat) will really make a difference.
I LOVE keeping computer screen open for communication, and all notifications turned off on phone.
I definitely suggest you make seperate bg chats, a chat with everybody in it, a chat for the leaders, a chat for announcements (important chat where no one is allowed to talk except for the announcements made) and if your war and aq have different members in their bg's, use seperate chats for that too.
Thanks for the reccomendations, they're very helpful.
I totally agree that the on-line local chat is not the best way, and this chat and direct messages are swiped clean each maintenance, so you can't keep track of prior comments.
Thanks again and should we all enjoy the game.
