Plat3 19.6M Alliance looking for 3

We're a Platinum 3 alliance that is looking for 3 members to replace guys that are stepping down. Our current war rating is 2428 and are in Tier 3 of AW. We do AQ 5x5 all 3 battlegroups. Regular donations for map 5 aq. No other event minimums, although we usually hit all milestones, even the arena ones at times.

We're looking for players with a prestige of 7200 or higher. Experience in Tier 3 wars is preferred, as is paths 4-6 experience. U.S. based players are also preferable.
