Unable to make kabam id

My friend is playing this game in android using ign vivekdarkking 
he was using google play id to play now he want to switch to iphone so he want to create kabam id for that account. But due to some issue whenever he generate kabam id its not picking up his existing game data rather then that its making new id from new data
Please help he is good player n v dont wana lose his efforts
