I noticed in the Gwenpool quest of the Uncollected difficulty my 4/50 Dr. Voodoo had a green border around it.
Device and Version: iPhone 7
Device Operating System: iOS 12.1
Mobile Carrier: Sprint

Game Version Installed: 21.0.0

Champions Affected: Dr. Voodoo Rank 5 4*, max sig
Active Boosts: no boosts used
Description of the Issue: I noticed in the Gwenpool quest of the Uncollected difficulty my 4/50 Dr. Voodoo had a green border around it. I restarted the game multiple times, but he continues to have a border around him. Does this mean something or is it just a visual bug. I noticed that it would appear after I beat someone with him, but he has no persistent abilities so there shouldn't be anything different from a few hours ago where this didn't happen.
