I'm tryna 100% Act 4 and it's just ridiculous... from the permanent DEGENARATION based on HP loss, to the Gamblers Fate always giving me something negative.
The enemy always get UNSTOPPABLE or REGENERATION... while I get POISON, BLEED or DEGEN. x2
The enemy just block while my HP is going down, they not aggressive at all!! 😤😤😤😤😤
