Returning player

in Strategy and Tips
Hi, as title says I'm back after almost 4 years, and i don't know if I should keep my old account or start over (i have basically nothing in the old one, just 1 4* and 3 3*).
I haven't saved any credit in the old account.
What should I do?

    I also wanna point out that the "old" one is only lv16 and I still haven't cleared ch. 1

    @Wingdings Start a new. Be in a Beginnger's bracket which is an advantage for you.
