How do the story Quest titles work?

I logged onto my profile to see I had no story quest title. Other Summoners posses it but my main and alt lack it. Is it something I did? or Is it a kabam clitch being fixed?

    To qualify for the new Story Quest titles you only need to do 1 complete run through of that Act. If you haven't received your titles yet then you should probably open a support ticket.

    I wanna know when the quirks take effect. It’s been a couple days since I got my titles and none of the quirks have taken place yet

    Kabam isn't giving it out to everyone all at the same time, i got mine yesterday while my alliance mates got theirs today, but still no new crystals.

    Have got mine on one account but not the other. Just a slow process I guess.
