question about Spidey and evaders?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Are champs like Spidey and NC supposed to be able to evade the 2nd or 3rd hits in longer specials? Like I hit one with my wolvie's S2, the first hit connected but he evaded the second and third. Also have seen it with SL. Rulk in LoL did it to me against drax.

Is this a bug?

    That's a good question, my friend. Seems like usually, if the 1st hit connects, they can't evade the rest of it, but sometimes they dodge mid-special at random. Is that really how it's supposed to be?

    u know, classic spidey does that alot... but that may just be the passive evade thing.... idk.. but its irritating when ur fighting a 9k spidey with life transfer.......

    Yeah they'll evade during combos. A lot. Shorten your combos to match the stun time if parrying. Use ability - weakening champs and make sure you know how they work. Best thing you can do

    I still say it's broken ****. It's akin to how the second part of Loki's S2 and Cable's S2 can he shrugged off by ANY champ. Other champs have sj similar problems too.
