Bugged The Champion, or Cap infinity war???

So I’ve encountered this twice now where The Champion goes unstoppable, I hit into him with Cap(who should shut down the unstoppable) and it doesn’t and I get wrecked. It’s not every time but it seems like if I was in close quarters that’s when it seemed to happen. Please shed some light on this, and/or fix it
