Don't have access to daily deals

Curious if it's a bug or if my account is too new to have access to them?

Do you not have access to any of them? There are two daily deals, one for everyone and one for uncollected only. You should see the ones for everyone I would think.

Those aren't daily deals, they are special deals, try to restart the game if you still don't see them and they will likely be there. Daily deals are the $4.99 ones that are the same stuff for a different class each day.
