Did not get conquerer booster pack after purchase

in Bugs and Known Issues
So, I made the purchase and stuff and at the end I pressed a mark as read button on the truecaller notification and the truecaller app popped up after that I pressed back to return to the game and then it showed error. After that I pressed back again and I saw that I did not get the booster pack please help
