Problems after crystal purchasing

Hi
I bought yesterday cards i.e 400 units, 5 crystals, 4 stars crystal and 1100 in total four star crystal parts.
I loged in today and window with my purchase confirmation appear. I wanted switch off that window and window appear next time - it is impossible to switch off it. I pushed button: "go to stash" and it is not working.
I switch off my game in phone preferences, and close application function.
I cannot play because of this horrible window. Please help me. Someone has the same problem?
