Magik isn't power stealing or power locking

Been a few times now and she hasn't done either of these when 2nd special hits opponent.

What gives? Fix this bug

    Was your ability accuracy reduced for any reason? Power lock isn't a 100% chance so that seems normal but power steal should still work.

    First of all, power lock is 85% (in two hits, still not 100%). then remember that Ability accuracy, from abilities, masteries (like assassin) or nodes (Immunity) might make that fail. I have no issue with it, maybe you've been pretty unlucky
