Multiple Accounts Access Issue

I've been playing the game since early 2015 on my iPad. Back in March I created a new account on my iPhone. Just now when I opened the game up on my iPhone it asked me if I wanted to link to my online account. I was confused since I thought it always has been, but when I clicked the button, it logged me into my iPad account. Is it even possible to regain access to the other account or am I just SOL now?

    You should be able to sign out and sign in with the other account using the directions here. But if you are not able to access the account, our support team is best equipped to help you with the issue. You can reach out to them using the Support link in the gear icon menu in game or by using this form.
