Looking for an alliance that has minimums on events

So I am looking to join an alliance that is running map 6 AQ and Platinum wars. I am very active and always put up big scores in the alliance events so I would like to be in an alliance where there are no leeches getting rewards and not putting up at least the minimum effort.
