Doc Oc - Semi Bleed Immune

I have been playing with Doc Oc for some time. During this time I am watching his animations. It would appear that he only attacks with his cephalopod arm. These arms are made of metal, and really he should be bleed immune when hitting someone like Morningstar.

If he get's hit feel free to bleed away. However when striking an opponent that causes bleed. He should not bleed.

    I agree but many champions shouldn't bleed like blade when he is hitting with sword
