    Scarlet witch. Get as much Sig as you can on her. Trust me. Every crit of yours and the opponent can generate Buffs on S.W and debuffs on the opponent. The higher the Sig the greater the chance of buff/debuffs proc. When she has 2 cruelty buffs and hit the enemy with an L2 and if the special crits it'll do about 20k damage.
