Corvus bugged?

I know those are just a footage but I took bleed damage -324 per seconds and almost died. Corvus supposed to have bleed immunity as long as his charges is active ? Am I mistaken? I cleared couple bleed nodes with same debuff. Can someone explain why I'm taking damage from it now?

I have noticed one more thing that his persistent charge was not working well in master quest.
I have completed 3 mission but I didn't get not even a single persistent charge.

This was happened in monthly event quest - master mode with 5 star rank 3 corvus

Surprisingly persistent charge appeared now after completion of one line in quest
I don't know why this happened
