In-game Chat Baseless Suspension?

I have written to support now 3 times and I keep getting the same generic response in return rather than receiving answers to my valid questions. I was banned from in-game chat, first of all, out of nowhere, and second, without a reason, rather than likely just being reported by some no-life. If your team is going to ban me from the game chat with reason, fine, I can accept that. But don't just hit the suspend button baselessly and then refuse to give some explanation by giving some poor excuses. I want to know if my chat will be re-enabled, and if it won't, I need to know why, which I deserve at the very least.
