4* cable worth rank 5

Well I got very few 4* mutant champions among them cable is duped and rank 4 is he worthy enough to rank 5? and I also got storm beast and magneto duped as well so should I go for them or wait for better mutant champs like archangel, ice man,Ef?

    I have Cable at 4/40 but like Storm more. I'll take her to R5 before him.
