I ordered something and I never received it. I did restart the game by closing it and reopening it. But it did not work, I would like my money back or you give me what I paid for. I have ordered multiple things before and without no problem. Please help me and fix the issue.

    In the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”.
