Modok uses specials while blocking

I’m not sure if Modok is supposed to be able to use specials while blocking hits but it’s a real pain in AW when he blocks everything and can just hit you with special if you hit his block once.

    He isn't blocking when launching the special. He is just able to drop his block and attack or evade mid your combo. This usually happens with champions that trigger auto-block.

    But I do agree that this mechanic of being able to do something while being struck isn't really a good thing to stay on the game.
