Start the war seaaon in the same tier you ended in

I have seen chats from alliances before this war season started which talked about tanking the wars they fight. The reason alliances do this is to drop tiers and then have much weaker opponents. This gives them a much better chance of winning and getting the 50k bonus points.
I would like to suggest that an alliance keep its tier ranking from the previous war to prevent this manipulation of the system.
