I logged into the game last night and I was no longer in my alliance. Screen shot from my alliance says I left but I never did. I think I was out of the alliance for about 10 minutes. Luckily I could resume my AQ path but I cannot join AW and I’m locked out of rewards. I don’t know how this happened and support has given form responses. Has this happened to anyone else? Losing out on rewards sucks but what’s worse is that I’m basically guaranteeing my alliance a loss in AW bc I can’t place or run a lane. Any ideas of how to escalate the issue? Is there a reason kabam can’t remove the blackout? It shows me as out of the alliance for 10 minutes.
