Pilfer Activating on SP3 (Possible Bug)

Does anyone know if Pilfer is able to trigger on an sp3? I haven’t heard of this being possible and know of other sp3 exceptions. Recoil doesn’t inflict damage on sp3s, Ultron’s Absorbption ability doesn’t trigger on sp3s, etc.
