Not getting contender/proven benefits

I have finished act 2+3 so I should have the perks for proven yet I looked what you get for being proven and I don't have a title, my premium hero crystal is still 100 units

We are still working on rolling out the Titles for all players. There may be a short period of time where a Summoner can reach a new progression level and receive the new Title before others have received theirs, but will not receive the new Crystals until they have been activated for all Summoners shortly after the titles are issued.
