Off season war tanking

Can we lock war rating in between seasons? This will help keeping war fair in season. Also it will make war more competitive out off season.

No one is going to use boost and pots in the offseason...

People will use boost and potion in off-season if winning shards matter. Shards don't matter because tanking is more beneficial so you can get into platinum even though your skill is low gold one. 13 mil alliances shouldn't have to fight 22 mil alliances in season because they tanked for a shot at plat 4. Roster availability is too wide of divide.
