this guy is in the 6* pool nd everyone HATES getting him. why?
he had a bit of utility in the past with that true strike so why?
the thing is with the introduction of proxima and hiemdall like characters who hv more utility mixed with their true strike.
on top the only way karnak gets true strike is sp1 and it is like the worst...(oh that goes to spider gwen) but u get wht i am saying the damage is so so so less
even so he is a part of a strong trinity well that we know only benefits medusa cuz no matter what the other two r still ****.
Conclusion: he is redundant! no use there r so many better options why wud u even enter him in the 6* pool when uk nobody will take this guy when u hv added proxima killmonger and hiemdall like characters to the 6* pool.
#buff_Karnak cuz its a waste for those who get him as a 6*

OG and yes he absolutely is in the pool.
I agree with you that Karnak needs a buff, but I'd challenge your notion of the true strike being the reason he was useful before.
Keep in mind that in the pre-12.0 days, there wasn't a ton of use for true strike. Spider-man had evasion, but not many others had any that needed to be worried about. Plus, Auto-block wasn't a thing. No Medusa, No MODOK, no IMIW, no Thor Ragnarok...the champ landscape was much different.
Instead, Karnak was another glass cannon champ along with the likes of Rocket, Iron Fist, and Electro. Their base stats weren't great, but with a crit rate team, these were some of the hardest hitters in the game. The beauty of Karnak was that he didn't need synergy to really be a crit machine. Without his precision passive, he had nearly the worst damage output. However, his normal attack damage output was right near the top of the list when precision was active. His crits would cut through armored champs like they were wet paper. Add in the fact that he could shrug debuffs quickly and heal via liquid courage and you had an interesting champ.
Then 12.0 happened...
After that, all these glass cannon champs whose bread and butter was critical hits were suddenly vexed with diminishing returns and champion rating. The damage output they were known for (remember when Rocket was a viable Labyrinth option?) was no longer possible and they were left in the dust.
Eventually the meta shifted and we got more champs where true strike was useful, but this was well past Karnak's golden days. He was by no means top tier. He was good, but it wasn't true strike that made him that way.
Karnak and the rest of the old guard glass cannons deserve some love.
I’ll trade you my DD and Karnak for a decent 6*!
