    @Strikerrx8 it means that if you post something that gets you another warning before it expires you will get the jail bars. People in jail can't start threads and can't comment as frequently.

    I think that you have done something against the terms of service two times. I assume when you get a third warning you get the cool bars around you profile but im not sure.
