Looking for Gold1 alliance to merge with us.

We recently had some core members retire and we can't seem to find dedicated skilled players to fill the spots. We are currently a 13.7 mill alliance looking to trim dead weight to hit Platinum or maintain Gold1 next season. Right now we have about 10-15 core members and the rest need to go. Due to a bunch of unskilled players joining this season we slipped to Gold2 but we have been Gold1 the previous 3 war seasons. Typically we have been in tier 4 wars but are currently sitting in tier 5 with the issues we had this season. We want to get back to running 3BG 5x5 AQ. Right now we are stuck only running 2 Bg at map 5 and finish them with no problem. We have a large treasury built up and would prefer to stay in our alliance due to the treasury.
