Redesign spicy-wings! (Phoenix overhaul)
Jean Grey is a telepath on par with Emma and in the game is bonded to what I can only describe as “the immortal concept of destruction and rebirth given corporeal form as a transuniversal firebird with a thing for red heads and psychics” I'd either be describing the Phoenix Force or literally saying nonsense. Thank god for comic books 😂
I honestly think that with the progression to abilities that she needs a redesign. You cannot make the Phoenix a character. If you want Jean Grey empowered by the Phoenix force that’s infinitely more possible.
In theory she’d play with traits of Stark Spider, Goblin and Emma. Of course there’s a little Captain Infinity and Archangel as well.
Utilizing the Parry mastery builds Phoenix charges
Using Dexterity to avoid special attacks builds Telepathy charges
Critical attacks have 0% chance to Incinerate for X% damage over X-seconds, and 0% chance to armor break X% for X-seconds
Specials cause inverted controls. Specials have an ACTIVE prowess buff for the special attack durations worth 0%.
•Special 1: 100% chance to Armor Shatter combining all armor break potency for 3 seconds.
•Special 2: 100% chance to passive Incinerate for 100% attack over 5 seconds.
•Special 3: BOTH
Now for the good stuff
Parry/Phoenix:
Limit 10 and reset after using a special attack (end of animation)
Following effects
•X% attack increase (5%)
•X% block proficiency
•+15% chance to all Incinerate effects
•increases any incinerate caused by or during a special attack duration by 1 second
Special Evade/Telepath
Limit 5 and reset at the end of using a special attack
•X% reduction to enemies ability accuracy
•+15% Accuracy to armor break abilities
•+3 seconds to Armor Shatter abilities
•+50% to all Prowess abilities
