Who Should I Rank Up?

Hey all, I was just curious to know what your guys’ thoughts are on who I should rank up. Content wise I’m exploring Act 5 (Have 5.2.4-5.2.6 and all of 5.3 left). My AW Attack and AQ teams are both decent, but my AW Defense needs some work. With those points in mind, which 5* Science champ should I take to 3/45?
