Beginner arena cutoff

As a beginner which are the arena one should focus on ?how do I get a decent number of champions in the first few days to get good points?what are cutoff in summoner trials,3* featured,4* basic in beginner and intermediate bracket? Which is the arena I should most focus on , summoner trials,3* featured or 4* basic?I'm starting a new account so needed some help!
