What happens if we play 5 wars in two different alliances in a single Season?

Pretty much the question. We changed alliances after playing like 6-7 wars in previous alliances and just managed to do 5 wars in new alliances. Are we going to get the rewards from the latest alliances or both?

You need to be in the Alliance at the time they're given, so whichever one you're with.
