hello kabam would like to propose that alliances downgraded by punishment continue to face the high rank alliance, because it is annoying an alliance with more than 6,000,000.00 valuation with each member + 400k of alliance faces alliance in Silver 1 or lower. And the newest alliance with high rating tbm will face in the beginning by type evaluation make MD3 to set the rank.
