VP is actually a nice counter to Corvus.

When I saw Corvus in the the line-up, I threw VP against him because he was my weakest champ, and I considered it a wash.

I was pleasantly surprised. Besides me getting smacked by the last hit of the sp2, I would say VP did well. He eats the glaive charges and actually causes a bleed while healing.

Just bait his sp1, and you won’t have to worry about his sp2

Everyone can beat corvus on defense. Bait his sp1 (sp2 not to bad just dash back) and beat him. Corvus was meant as an attacker not a defender

To be clear, Venompool is eating the True Damage buff to get his Regen. He's not eating glaive charges. Until the end of the fight, Corvus still had all 20 charges.

That said, Corvus is a nice target for Venompool because the buff refreshes after 3 seconds as long as he's still got glaive charges, which is a pretty reliable source of regen.
