Which champ benefits most from their signature ability?

I'm looking to use an awakening gem on a champ, and I'm wondering which of the following people feel benefit the most from their signature ability. I have read them, and I can see the value of each ability, but I've not had much experience with any of these and their abilities in lower level champs, so I'm hoping to pull from the collective knowledge of the forum.

@Welderofortune I already have those two awakened. These are the ones that I am looking at using the gem on. But I agree, those 2 really benefit from their sig ability.
